If I could give them zero stars, I will do it. This is THE MOST TERRIBLE dealership ever. My husband took his car to this place because we knew for sure it needed breaks and some other parts: this dealership claimed that my husband’s car was fine. Please see the pictures of the parts that my dad changed and tell me if they’re “fine”. My dad is a mechanic who has his shop in PA. The staff of this location acted offended when we said something to them about their terrible service. We paid them $100+ for them to check my husband’s car and they did nothing. Management acting up like if that was my fault for taking my car to their shop to get it fixed. The car even needed an oil change and they couldn’t figure it out?! INCOMPETENT PEOPLE

This is the first time I have had such a bad experience at Porter. I made an appointment to have an oil change, shut the tire light off, and check my transmission because it felt like it had been slipping. Three days later, my car had still not been looked at. We called every day to check the status. Every day, we were told, oh, the tech has not gotten to it yet. I am not sure why an appointment was scheduled if the tech was not available. In addition, I received no communication from Porter about the status of my car. Porter could have called to say they needed the car an extra day. When my husband called, the attendant told my husband, " Old ladies tend to bring their cars in for a tire light check in the fall." This is incredibly poor customer service and poor communication. Also, on the 3rd day, when we called to say we would be picking up the car and to not proceed, the attendant said, "well you will lose your place in line." The tech said, "I will cancel all work." My appointment had been 3 days ago and I need my car to go to work. Then I went to pick up the car to discover that the attendant did "not get to the tech in time to cancel the oil change so you will have to pay for it." The cashier said, "well by the time the attendant told me and I tracked down the tech, the oil change was done." Again, this shows lack of communication and poor customer service. I will not be going to Porter again.

Easy to make an online appointment. They were all courteous upon arrival and assigned to a service advisor ( Rich Kerr). Rich advised me of the expected cost and called with an update by mid morning. Car was completed as expected the same day. Thank you Porter Team!!
